“Bilancio” is an Estate blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from Pianetta Vineyards. The nose is a dark brooding aromatic of raspberry, black cherry, leather with undercurrents of clove. Chewy dark fruit flavors of plum and blueberry, with seamless tannins melting toward the back and a solid frame of acidity with a medium length finish. This wine was carefully blended and finished in 100% new French Oak barrels. We hope you enjoy our signature blend!
