A bold balance of black cherry and dark plum flavors permeate the velvety mouth feel and soft tannins. Mild green herbaceous notes melt into mild leather and tobacco. This wine is drinkable now and will bottle age to a rich elegant wine. This Syrah will no doubt open up with decanting or over the course of a rich hearty meal.
