Bright cherry and mild olive fill the nose. Across the palate there are flavors of dried strawberry and a hint of anise. This Sangiovese is slightly bolder than our older vintages, but finishes with solid acidity and very mild tannin. Very tasting accompaniment to any sauce, or charcuterie board, and it will no double lay down for several years!
