What a fun project! 75% whole cluster fermentation, 25% regular fermentation. All hand selected barrels blended 4 months before bottling. Dark Cherry on the nose with hints of cassis. Rich chocolate, dark fruits and brooding notes of rich pepper and spice. Solid tannin and mild acid on the finish. Drinkable now, and will age well for several years.
